The page rank toolbar is only updated every few months, the PR of a site depends on the ammount of links going to that site, and the ammount of links going to the sites linking to you.

page rank depends on the back link of a site. u can get back link by submitting article and directories.

PR depends on back links to the site the more you have back links the more your page will get values.Oneway link is necessery to raise PR of a site.
