for quick indexing you have to do link building start with article submission and directory submissions.create site map for your site.dont worry about PR.

generate xml site map for your site. site map help in indexing. submit xml site map to google. after creating site map you should start link building of your site submit site to different directories so that search engine crawler will find your site quickly.
