I want to use CSS image replacement in graphical navigation on the site and page titles start with your targeted keywords? Is it beneficial for me or not?

Here you are not doing any major change, you have changed your navigation process only from a Text to Graphics. So don't try to get extra benefit. I think so you should not get any special attention from the crawler for your this doing.
