Two UnKnown Traffic Generation Strategies To Send Targeted Visitors To Your SalesPage

Yahoo Answers is a service Yahoo offers their community members. People who have a Yahoo identity can visit Yahoo Answers and post questions for other members of the community to answer.

When you set up a Yahoo identity and log into Yahoo Answers for the first time, you are given some credits, then you can earn more credits by answering questions that are open, and spend credits to ask questions.

How Can You Use Yahoo Answers to Generate Qualified Visitors to Your Website?

Both of these strategies are free of cost, easy to implement and quick to generate results. For both strategies you need to do exactly the same thing, find questions to answer in your niche area… and post answers.

In addition to sending targeted, pre-qualified visitors to your sales page, posting answers on Yahoo Answers builds your credibility as an expert in your niche area of expertise.

When you write your answer to a question posted by another community member, you can add the url of your sales page. If you write your answer like a letter then sign it with your name, you can write your website url underneath it, just like you would write your title or position in a business letter. Yahoo Answers leaves this link as a clickable link, direct to your sales page.

Provided you’ve chosen your question well, and worked in a few of your targeted niche keywords, you’ll be getting qualified visitors to your site, and it’ll only take around 10-20 minutes of your time, each time you choose to visit.

Yahoo Answers also show up in Yahoo Search Engine results. You can rank especially high in the search results if you’ve been voted ‘best answer.’

When you visit Yahoo Answers you’ll see that you can vote for answers. The answer that receives the most votes gets awarded the ‘best answer’ position and is more highly ranked in the search engine. Incidentally, you’ll also receive bonus credits that you can use to ask questions of your own.

Yahoo Answers is a very powerful traffic generation tool. Last month I spent 20 minutes and answered 3 questions posted in one of the niches I’m targeting. Two of my answers won the ‘best answers’ slot and are now highly ranked in the Yahoo search engine for targeted key phrases related to my product.

When an internet surfer searches for information and finds my answers on Yahoo, the url for my sales page is right there in front of them. That person can’t be any more targeted, or pre-qualified when it comes to website traffic. What’s more, that person already has confidence in my credibility, because, thanks to the Yahoo Answers community voting my answer the ‘best,’ that person sees me as an expert in my niche.

So, there you have it, one action equals two strategies. By posting answers as I’ve described above you will have the possibility of ranking highly in Yahoo Search and be able to put your sales page url in front of target traffic who already think you know what you’re talking about, because you’ve been judged by a jury of your peers.
