The 6 C's is not a concept but it expands the marketing element and a more formidable way of consumer marketing.


The 6 C's are listed below with brief description:

Customer:

A vital and the most important aspect to keep in mind while performing internet or online marketing. A company's marketing strategy should always focus on customer needs, their choice, and their value to be successful in internet marketing. It is always important to focus on target customer and then building the brand. Customer can make a product a brand or they can devalue a product.

Creativity:

Creativity is the ability to create knowledge. It is a process of thinking out-of-box, reacting, and working in an imaginative way to make a product or brand stand out apart from he competitors and increasing the value in the marketing world. Creativity makes internet marketing more vivid which attracts the customer and maintains interest of the customer in the product. Creativity always imprints an image of the product in a customer's mind. It is an implacable way of writing slogans of varied nature for marketing a product.

Consistency:

Consistency should always be maintained in marketing a product right form the initial phase to the final phase. There should be consistency in making a product to packaging, slogan to market and advertising of a product. It always creates a value to the brand of a product.

Communication:

The basic way of marketing that involves speaking with the targeted customer and explaining them in their own language. Communication has always been a way of creating a trust and relationship with the people. Therefore use it to good effect on targeted customer.

Culture:

Always Cross-culture research needs to be done in order to communicate and succeed. Cross-culture helps in evaluating a product as a globally and it also helps in marketing a product. Change:

Marketing is a changing process and even organization needs to change (externally as well as internally) according to the market. Company should always try out new method of marketing and should not be afraid of implementing. Marketing is an evolving process which affects the value of the product.
